  • Job description: Utilize IG’s cutting edge cloud-based contact center to provide trade and admin support on exchange traded derivatives and products to IG’s global client base across phone, email, web chat and WhatsApp. Take on the roll as a New Business consultant to guide newly activated accounts through the platform and work towards increasing conversion rates. Manage high value clients in an attempt to increase retention. Providing an execution-only phone dealing service, assist customers with complex option order execution and resolve trade disputes. Participating in and running various local and international projects. Analyze customers positions and provide advantages and disadvantages for various strategies.
