- Job description: Call and email new OANDA clients. Meet or exceed client conversion targets. Handle 100+ outgoing calls per day to warm leads as well as handle incoming inquiries via phone, email and SMS, as well as occasionally face-to-face in the office or event places. Answer client questions concerning OANDA’s products and services. Document all client communications in Salesforce. Provide support for existing customers with all aspects of the trading experience, informing them of educational opportunities, market moving events, and platform walkthroughs. Attend and contribute to sales meetings. Work to company policies, processes, procedures, and standards. Obtain Series 3 and 34 licenses with the NFA within the first few months of employment to successfully complete the probationary period. OANDA will provide all necessary learning materials.
