  • Job description: Collaborate with internal teams to execute and optimize liquidity strategies. Monitor and enhance liquidity on the platform to ensure a seamless trading experience. Work with the listing team to implement frameworks ensuring new listings meet liquidity requirements. Define requirements for and prioritize the development of liquidity monitoring and analytics tools. Coordinate with external MMs and internal teams to establish SOPs and SLAs for rebalance execution and user withdrawal facilitation. Develop and maintain treasury reporting dashboards to track and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders. Identify and define liquidity risk, market risk, and credit risk metrics, and develop mitigation strategies.
