instaforex is a totally scam broker. i make profit and request for withdrawal. so called antifraud department disabled my account. 1000% sure no problems with my trading and account. they are not going to give money to their clients. i ask to give me just one simple reason that i violate, but no replay. we do not have nothing to do because they are out of hand. Asians best scam broker.

Insta forex is a 100% scam broker, They are cheater no 1. maximum time they block traders account when withdrawal request. but they don't solve traders problem. Be careful when open account with Instaforex. so many account has been blocked when make withdrawal . so many traders lost there money in here.

Instaforex is one of the scan broker in Asia. the so called antifraud department of instaforex broker do not have the common sense and actually instaforex do not have any respect with their valuable customer. there is no way to make money and continue your trading career with instaforex. it would be highly risky if you invest your capital in instaforex. from my experience please do not waste your valuable time and capital investing in Instaforex. remember beautiful designed website and cabinet is not everything this is just for attraction.

* Instaforex must disable your trading account if you place any big amount withdrawal request.
* If you contact support they do not give you expected answer.
* They tell you to send mail to antifraud department.

** This is the first broker who have antifraud department.

From my experience it is highly risky to open account with Instaforex. they are really a scam Broker. they do not give your money back.

Dear 8456363,

You should upload both sides of ID for the first level of verification. To get verification of level 2, you should to upload a scanned copy of the utility bill (not older than 3 months) or bank statement (not older than 3 months and must be signed and sealed by a bank official) or driving licence.

According to the verification rules, one of the documents sent for verificaiton must confirm the client's address. The address specified in the account data must be the same as in the document. You need to add "37" in the address.

My uploaded real documents has been rejected by verification manager 3 times by RIDICULOUS reason like
account holder name does not correspond to the one in the document, wrong adress or the most ridiculous was black-white scan.
