Dear IFX Yvonne,

I have all the proof about instaforex misguiding us about no deposit bonus account & send me a mail at [email protected] I will send you all mails which i sent to instaforex n company's poor replied.

My account no. is 8517148. U can check i was waiting for may be 3 weeks for only 100$ no deposit bonus...n my account is fully verified as you can call in your language "High level verification". One strange thing is when i opened account with instaforex..I got msg for my account no., phone password n Pincode. but when i applied for no deposit bonus so phone verification code is not coming in my phone...How can it possible. n Customer care replied me like " we fwd your matter to correspondent department" after that on next mail they said " we fwd your matter to technical department". it's take 5 to 6 days...lol..You can simply call me on my phone no. n provide the code like other brokers do..But no...You want your customer should be suffer.. I have 5-6 years of experience in forex market..n please i tell you kindly..don't think n don't treat like we all traders are fool..regarding this broker we get many bed comments so you n your company should think that there is must be some mistake..Okay...check my account...if u can u can solve this problem then okay..but I clearly tell you that your company break my trust first time..I sent all the proof which u want for verification..i heard instaforex is very good company n all that but this is result..so i can not change my mind..because this is hard earn money.. n i don't want to invest who gave me flash promises again n poor replied just for only 100$ no deposit bonus..

The document for the first level has been denied. The IDs must be valid at least 6 months before its expiration date. So, please stop accusing us. Moreover, how can one be a scammed in case the verificaiton got declined?

The FPA has confirmed a scam case against InstaForex.

Instaforex your bonuses are real and good.but would you consider give those who blew the no deposit bonus a second chance.maybe you can offer them another no deposit bonus and call it "Second Chance promotion"it would be nice.Just a suggestion
