  • Job description: Assist in maintaining the reliability and performance of the CeFi and DeFi trading production landscape. Collaborate with traders, performance engineers, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks impacting trading efficiency. Support the connectivity onboarding for new exchanges and counterparties. Monitor and troubleshoot trading-critical applications and infrastructure, escalating issues when necessary. Contribute to observability, operability, and scalability solutions for the trading environment. Implement and improve automated monitoring, alerting, and deployment pipelines. Gather and analyze system metrics and logs to fine-tune trading performance and fault detection. Support internal teams by enhancing the reliability of software and trading infrastructure through automation and system tuning. Help improve the stability, security, and efficiency of the trading operations by working across low-latency trading platforms, APIs, and distributed systems. Contribute to the development of internal tooling and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
