  • Job description: Be responsible of the regional management of the India Corporate Action – including Dividends and Reorg. Creating KPI’s/KRI’s. Oversight of the reconciliation of the company's books and records with clearinghouses and banks. Interface with clearinghouses and banks regarding instructions for corporate events. Work on system enhancements to handle existing or new products and new markets. Communicate with all the involved internal and external parties.
