- Job description: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealing domain, ensuring efficient trade execution, settlement processes, and client satisfaction. Monitor market conditions and trading activity to identify and address potential risks proactively. Oversee the execution of trades across various asset classes, including FX, CFDs, and other financial instruments. Monitor trading positions and risk exposures in real time, taking corrective actions as needed. Develop and implement high-level processes and controls to meet global regulatory requirements and enhance transparency. Lead the division’s strategic alignment with company goals, focusing on operational efficiency and scalability. Implement and enforce robust risk management policies and procedures to mitigate trading and operational risks. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate brokerage and execution strategies into the company’s broader growth and public market objectives. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements local/global and industry best practices.
