  • Job description: Oversee the daily operation of currency transactions over FX HedgePool’s platform, ensuring seamless execution for members. Interact daily with buyside members, bank trading desks, and prime brokers to maximize volumes and efficiency of FX HedgePool matching and other transactions. Serve as the primary interface between clients and FX HedgePool’s Product teams, ensuring alignment between operational needs and tech solutions. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new members, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and creating a smooth experience. Product development initiatives. Translate regulatory requirements into efficient operating processes. Enhance IT systems and managing security protocols. Complete complex data analysis, identify patterns, and propose improvements. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive efficiency in daily operations. Ensure accurate and timely management of documentation related to financial institutions, supporting audits and regulatory reviews.
