- Job description: Monitor the functioning of all trading systems and platforms, including MT4/MT5. Investigate and resolve client complaints and requests related to trading. Monitor the flow of transactions of all HFM clients, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Monitor activity in world markets to identify critical market events. Conduct competitive analysis on products and propose improvements. Create analysis reports on client trading activity as required. Ensure the company's hedged exposure is accurate and correct. Prepare reports for management regarding trading operations. Troubleshoot any issues arising in day-to-day trading operations.
