- Job description: Develop and implement liquidity management strategies to ensure efficient capital utilization and maintain market competitiveness. Communicate with liquidity providers to ensure competitive pricing and execution for clients. Monitor TMGM’s company performance and provide strategic recommendations to make improvements. Develop robust standard operating procedures and trading infrastructure by collaborating with operations team, dealing team and IT team. Report to key stakeholders on current performances, issues, and actionable solutions and be able to take lead in completing solution building projects.
