Job description: Oversee the functioning and operations of the 24/5 trading venue through the week. Daily surveillance of all order and quote entry and trading activity on MTF using the market monitoring and surveillance tools. Primary contact to the Members of the MTF for trading and operations related matters. Transaction analysis (orders and trades) and assistance to Members on their transactional enquiries. Follow standard operating procedures for all the operational activities and escalate the incidents accordingly. Contribute to development and testing of systems and products as well as on-boarding of new Members.
