  • Job description: Maintain documentation for policies and procedures. Conduct thorough checks and controls on data to ensure accuracy in reporting. Ensure Product Governance processes are in place when onboarding and off-boarding the instruments. Perform Best Execution monitoring (spreads, slippage, speed of execution, off quotes, market price checks, including assembly of detailed manual records). Prepare quarterly reports of Best execution, Leverage monitoring, Win-Loss Ratio, RTS 27. Prepare interim and/or yearly reports, including LP Annual report, Portfolio Management Report, HF Copy Performance Assessment Report, RTS 28. Monitor and process activity on the Market abuse tool, ensure all new instruments are onboarded and daily files are provided to the tool provider. Quarterly transactions reporting for AE and SC. Assist in distributing Investment advice and checking Depreciation Notification. Perform analysis on Systematic Internalizers. Assist with data requests regarding Auditing and CySEC requests. Reconciliation of the EMIR – MIFIR.
