- Job description: Investigate and monitor credit card risks related to Chargebacks and third-party client deposits. Monitor the Company’s Payment Service Providers’ accounts and ensure that the fraud rules applied are working properly. Evaluate alerts from Payment Services Providers and take any necessary action. Collaborate with other departments in special/large fraud cases and provide support and guidance to the Customer Experience team.
