- Job description: Provide legal advice and/or resolution on legal related concerns and answer queries from various divisions. Produce, review and update policies and procedures. Coordinate with other business teams on new product and services launches. Coordinate review of existing, new and proposed regulations. Review and approve client communications and/or promotional materials as needed. Liaise with the Latvian Registrar of Companies and other governmental authorities. Draft, revise, negotiate and conclude agreements, disclosures, and other documentation. Participate in committees and meetings providing legal opinions.
