I am a new trader. I open account with Uniglobemarkets with initial deposit of 1,000 USD by Neteller. After trading half of the year, my account 666251 to increase up tp USD1,545.79. I need the money for my children to submit tuition fee. So I decided to withdraw the whole money from my account from 21 March 2019. Even though, Uniglobemarkets informed me that my withdrawal request had already been processed from on 22 March, 2019. However, I have not received the money either on Neteller or my bank account. I try to contact with their supportteam, accounting team and Anushka to send me proof of payment. None of them reply to me.
