lot of broker never complaining my ID CARD,every retail brokerage services has no problem with my ID and my statement..
only in this broker , my ID card treated like fake ID.

broker not recomend.. very dificult to verify account. I am trying 3X send my ID and proof adress , but still rejected, at another broker always approped. its waste my time....

They might not be scam but they reject my documents because they said they only accept address proof in english, russian or chinese. I have sent my documents for over 10 brokers before and none of them has ever said we can't read your documents! They might improve later but I don't suggest depositing in this broker, if you can get the bonus try to earn profit and check if you can withdraw it and comment here for other users.

Maybe they are not scam but they are certainly unprofessional and incompetent idiots.
I had the same rejection problem. The admin rejects you even before reading your documents and when you complain to the support manager, he says it is strange and asks you to resubmit.
Once you do resubmit again, it is rejected becuz of another reason. After doing this a couple of times, they finally say your document looks suspicious, you must submit another document.
That's simply crazy. They want you to waste time and money to get 10 $ bouns which is not worth the hassle.
If you get the bonus you are lucky, do your best but never deposit with such guys!

Galleass broker jerk!! verification have been rejected, but I have already uploaded the user ID and bank accounts recently, but always rejected on the grounds no address, but the address was printed on the document. broker is very difficult for the verification! Never deposit to this broker!!
