It looks like GALLANT CAPITAL MARKETS(https://www.gcmfx.com/) is SCAM & SPAM. This refers to both their contests and their March $25 offer. Since last week when I completed registration for this bonus, I have received TONS of spam to my email, which never happened to before at least on such a scale. I will certainly keep you up to date on this incoming spam and my application process.
